The 02V 4 Solar Panel Tile Roof Structure is a type of structure for positioning solar panels on a tile roof with the correct inclination and orientation. It includes fixings so that the profiles can be anchored to the roof, either to the concrete slab or to the wooden beams and without the need to drill holes in the tiles. To anchor the panels to the 4 solar panels 02V tiled roof structure, clamps are included so that they are well fixed.

This structure model is suitable for all types and sizes of panels , from 36-cell 12V panels to the larger 450W models as long as they do not exceed 1150 mm in width. THE adjustable clamps admit panels with frame thickness between 30 and 45 mm.

This 4 solar panel tile frame with 02V trays is designed to support solar panels positioned upright on a tiled roof that has the correct slope and orientation. This frame model is suitable for any type of solar panel with a maximum size of 2279 x 1150 mm.

The 02V 4-Panel Solar Tile Structure with trays is designed to be installed with the same slope as the existing roof, distributing the panels vertically. The row of panels can be laid parallel or perpendicular to the slope or to the ridge. Pads are included to attach to the bottom of the cover, as seen in the pictures.

The 4 Solar Panel Tile Structure with 02V trays is designed to be used with photovoltaic modules that are placed on a tiled surface, also valid for mixed tiles. The roof base can be a concrete slab or a wooden beam. For concrete, it is recommended to use a chemical anchor and for wood, it is recommended to pre-drill with a number 9 drill bit. Its clamps allow for different types of profile thickness, for panels between 30 and 45 mm.

The EN AW 6005A T6 alloy is a high-strength aluminium alloy, for this reason, as well as for its ability to be anodised, it is used to make structural profiles. All the structures available can be made of anodized aluminum, which has the advantage over raw aluminum structures of greater resistance to corrosion.
