Solar cells use MBB (Multi Bus Bar) technology , which increases the number of bus bars in each solar cell, thereby reducing the distance between the bus bars and the "fingers" of each cell, reducing resistance and improving the flow of electrical current. All of this means it is advantageous to increase power, thus increasing the module's efficiency.
The HALF-CELL (Split Cell) panel, as the name suggests, is made up of silicon cells cut in half, allowing twice as many cells to be installed on the same surface area of the panel, thus improving its performance . Another advantage of this type of panel is that the number of cell strings can be doubled; by means of a bypass diode installed in the center of the panel, the panel is “divided” into twice the number of connection strings, making it more tolerant to shadows . These types of panels are more robust and durable , because the smaller the cell size, the smaller the breaking surface, and therefore the greater the resistance .
The output power is higher than that of the same type of conventional monocrystalline modules . Excellent immunity to hot spots can effectively prevent power loss caused by shade and significantly extend the service life.
