The structure is designed to be installed on a facade that receives constant sunlight at all times of the year. Designed for a horizontal arrangement of panels, it is suitable for module lengths up to 2 m. The row of panels it can have a variable inclination between 30 and 35º with respect to the horizontal of the floor .
You will receive your 1-panel horizontal facade structure along with a detailed assembly drawing. so that you can install the structure easily and without complications.
The structure is designed to be used with all types of solar modules, as long as they do not exceed 2 x 1 meters. Its clamps allow for different types of profile thickness, between 33 and 50 mm.
Anchor screws are not included . Depending on the surface on which it is placed, you will need one type of screws and anchors or another that you will have to obtain yourself. Keep in mind that the surface on which it is installed is able to withstand, in addition to the weight, the stresses caused by the wind. It is your responsibility to ensure that it is installed in a safe and secure location. The advantage of this structure is the solidity of its profiles, together with its positioning on the wall which is very useful in case we do not have enough space on the floor or on the roof . Its assembly is very simple, although due to the characteristics of its installation it is necessary to take into account the necessary precautions.
The materials are made entirely of high-quality aluminum, while the screws and accessories are made of stainless steel.
The EN AW 6005A T6 alloy is a high-strength aluminium alloy, for this reason, as well as for its ability to be anodised, it is used to make structural profiles. All the structures available can be made of anodized aluminum, which has the advantage over raw aluminum structures of greater resistance to corrosion.
