Structure for 5 coplanar solar panels on the roof:
The Falcat Structure 5 coplanar panel is used to place solar panels on a metal roof surface or on a sandwich panel. This model is suitable for panels with a thickness of 35-45 mm.
The structure is designed to be installed in a vertical position, with the same slope as the existing roof. Horizontal installation is also possible, keeping the panels on the widest side.
This type of structure is designed to withstand snow loads of up to 50 cm and wind speeds of approximately 45 m/s . To avoid any problems, it is necessary to check the sheet metal fixing and that it is able to support such loads before installation. These controls are very interesting when the sheet metal is sandwiched, due to its normally low support capacity. The minimum recommended thickness of the trapezoidal sheet metal is, as a general rule, 0.6 mm. Made of 6005 T5 anodized aluminum.
